Site Engineer

Purpose of the Position:

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Engineer is accountable and responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and controlling the day to day activities related to the project to ensure prompt extension of requisite technical services and ensure general safety

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day to day works as required in accordance with plans and specifications as provided in the contract of every project implemented.

2. Review site safely plan, carries out site and safety inspections during construction, documents findings and implements recommendation for improvement.

3. Organize and participates in site meetings, reviews inspection schedules, complete inspection checklists.

4. Prepare monthly and phase reports on time, cost and EHS.

5. Supervise and monitor every ongoing project.

6. Conduct project inspection and prepare detailed progressive accomplishment

7. Perform related functions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, preferably a licensed Mining Engineer.

1. At least three (3) years related experience in construction planning activities

2. Strategic planning

3. High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;

4. Creative, forward thinker.

5. Coaching and leadership skills

6. Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets

7. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

8. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

9. A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.

Willing to work in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato City.
