I. JOB OVERVIEW:

A live selling professional, seeks to drive sales by employing persuasive tactics, fostering customer loyalty through engagement and trust, enhancing brand visibility with product showcases and a positive brand image, offering comprehensive product information and demonstrations, and effectively addressing customer concerns to contribute to overall business growth.

II. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Live Streaming: Host live streaming sessions on TikTok to present and demonstrate products in real-time.

b) Product Demonstration: Showcase products creatively, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points to attract and retain viewer interest.

c) Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers through comments, questions, and shout-outs to foster a lively and interactive community atmosphere.

d) Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage viewers to make purchases during live streams, including limited-time offers and special promotions.

e) Customer Support: Assist viewers with product inquiries, order placements, and after-sales service during and after live streaming sessions

f) Content Creation: Plan and create engaging content for live streaming sessions, ensuring it aligns with TikTok trends and audience preferences.

g) Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as viewership, engagement rate, conversion rate, and sales revenue to optimize live streaming strategies.

h) Live Stream Tools: Be able to manage all hardware, software tool to run live live selling

III. SKILLS SETS

a) Technical Skills: Proficiency in using TikTok's live streaming features and understanding of social media platforms.

b) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and interact effectively with a live audience.

c) Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and achieve sales targets through live streaming sessions.

d) Creativity: Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content that resonates with TikTok's audience.

e) Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address viewer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

f) Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in audience preferences and market trends on TikTok.

IV. QUALIFICATION

a. Fluent in English, Filipino language is preferred,With clear diction, quick reflexes, and understanding of tiktok platform

b. Major promotional holidays can accept overtime, 8 hours of rotating work time

c. Lively and cheerful, good communication skills, good time management skills, hard-working

d. Proficiency in live content production, planning, and execution.

e. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

f. At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
