RePay Digital Solutions, a startup company, provides individuals and businesses an online alternative to traditional payment methods. Our goal is to uplift Filipino families by offering accessible tools for managing and enhancing finances globally. Completing our services are eWallet, online banking, instant money transfers, OFW remittances, currency exchange, bills payment, invoicing, real estate investment, property management, financial reports, online shopping, and instant messaging.

We are looking for a Mobile Developer
 to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate has solid experience with Flutter/Dart, understands clean architecture and state management, and can collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using 
    Flutter and Dart
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Implement responsive and adaptive UIs for both Android and iOS platforms
  • Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase, REST)
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
  • Participate in code reviews, write maintainable code, and follow best practices
  • Debug and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and crashes
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and improve existing codebases

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in 
    Flutter/Dart development
  • Strong understanding of state management solutions
     (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, GetX)
  • Experience integrating 
    REST APIs
     and handling data persistence (SQLite, Hive, Moor, etc.)
  • Familiarity with 
    CI/CD tools
    , version control (Git), and agile development practices
  • Experience with Firebase, (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics) is a plus
  • Knowledge of 
    MVVM,
     
    clean architecture, SOLID principles, and unit testing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

  • Experience with 
    native Android/iOS development
  • Knowledge of backend services

  • Exposure to DevOps, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS)
