Showroom Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and sanitize showroom floors, windows, furniture, and display areas regularly.
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are cleaned, stocked, and maintained throughout the day.
• Dust and polish display items, shelves, and fixtures to maintain visual appeal.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair.
• Assist with setting up and rearranging showroom furniture and displays when needed.
• Adhere to company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate cleaning logs, checklists, and daily sanitation records.
• Document inspection findings and promptly report maintenance concerns.
• Record the usage of cleaning materials and support supply replenishment processes.
• Complete incident reports for hazards, spills, or equipment issues.
• Maintain organized records and files related to custodial activities.

Inventory of Stocks

• Monitor and record inventory levels of cleaning materials, toiletries, and showroom consumables.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure items are available when needed.
• Identify low stock levels and coordinate with the supervisor for replenishment.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries of custodial and showroom supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for all stock items.
