About the Role

You'll be part of a skilled team managing infrastructure-as-code, configuration automation, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Ansible, and containerization tools. This is a hands-on engineering role with high visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Write automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Manage Linux and Windows server environments
  • Implement configuration management using Ansible
  • Handle containerization using Docker/Kubernetes
  • Perform lifecycle, risk, and vulnerability management
  • Support middleware components (WebSphere, MQ)
  • Basic Oracle RDBMS familiarity is expected

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years in DevOps, with strong Azure DevOps exposure
  • Expert in CI/CD automation
  • Proficient in Ansible scripting
  • Strong in at least one scripting language: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Experience with both Linux and Windows environments
  • Hands-on with Docker or Kubernetes
  • Familiar with RHEL, WebSphere, MQ
  • Can join within 30 days
  • Open to hybrid setup (Makati, once a week)

Good-to-Have

  • Prior experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g., finance, healthcare)
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle RDBMS
  • Team leadership experience (for Manager level)
