About the Role
Join a fast-growing Australian education company transforming lives through online courses. We help people upskill and achieve their goals—and we need driven Enrolment Advisors in the Philippines to drive enrolments
You'll connect with prospective students who have already enquired, build rapport, present course options, and guide them through to enrolment. It's about hitting sales targets while keeping conversations supportive and student-first.
What You'll Do
- Proactively re-engage prospective students who have shown interest in courses.
- Deliver a structured sales pitch highlighting course benefits and how they support the student's goals.
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and record outcomes.
- Prioritise your follow-ups and focus on the leads most likely to enrol.
- Understand each prospect's situation so you can personalise your calls and help them enrol.
- Answer questions and handle objections with clear, supportive next steps.
- Work closely with the Australian sales team to stay aligned on messaging and approach.
- Meet or exceed enrolment and conversion target
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in phone-based sales or telesales roles with clear monthly quotas (inbound or outbound).
- Proven ability to hit monthly sales or enrolment numbers, not just customer service metrics.
- Strong English communication skills — persuasive, confident, and able to build trust quickly.
- Objection-handling skills: able to turn hesitant or harder-to-reach leads into enrolments.
- Fluent, conversational English (not reliant on scripts).
- Hands-on Salesforce experience required (daily use for call logging, follow-ups, lead status updates, and pipeline tracking).
- Resilient, goal-driven, and ready to adapt to our sales process.
- Philippines-based, available full-time, Mon–Fri, 6AM–3PM PHT.

- Education industry experience (Highly Desireable)
