Others Job description:

• Design Support: Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring they align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Coordination: Prepare and maintain architectural drawings, specifications, and related documentation. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with other project elements.
• Code Compliance: Research and ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements throughout the design and construction phases.
• Site Visits and Quality Control: Conduct periodic site visits to review construction progress, verify adherence to design specifications, and address any architectural issues that may arise.
• Project Support: Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. Collaborate with the development team to contribute architectural expertise to project feasibility studies and presentations.
