Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Process and review PO and Non-PO invoices for local and foreign suppliers and brokers.

· Handle import and export related AP transactions and documentation.

· Process cash advances, reimbursements, credit cards, petty cash, and WER.

· Perform clearing of GRIR, VAT vendor, MIT, EIT, CIP, and advance accounts.

· Perform AP and supplier statement of account (SOA) reconciliations.

· Handle supplier inquiries, disputes, and follow-ups.

· Manage Bureau of Customs (BOC) AP processing and monitoring reports.

· Perform follow-ups on SAP BTP transactions and bank debit clearings.

· Prepare monthly accruals and reversals.

· Ensure all AP documents are booked and posted before month-end close.

· Prepare AP balance sheet schedules, MIT schedules, and non-compliant reports.

· Prepare AP aging and business reports.

· Support audits and internal control requirements.

· Guide junior analysts on process and system issues.

· Support SOP updates and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's in accounting/finance mandatory

· System Requirement: SAP S/4HANA experience mandatory

· Experience: 3–5 Years in Finance & Accounting

· Strong hands-on AP and clearing experience in SAP S/4HANA.

· Strong knowledge of GRIR, MIT, EIT, CIP, and advanced accounting.

· Good understanding of VAT and compliance requirements.

· Strong reconciliation and root-cause analysis skills.

· Good Excel and reporting capability.

· Ability to manage complex and high-volume transactions.
