What You'll Do

As our Regional Sales Manager for Visayas, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial success across Cebu, Bohol, Negros, Leyte, Samar, and surrounding areas. You'll develop and execute sales strategies that expand our market presence, nurture key client relationships, and build a sales culture focused on excellence and achievement.

Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of the Visayas market and business landscape
  • Strong network of business contacts across the region
  • Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino/Cebuano
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Visayas region
