Senior BIM Designer

Job Description

  • Can create architectural concept designs, sections and elevations using CAD software then develop digital models of buildings (Architecture) using BIM software (Specifically Revit)
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and authorities to ensure accurate and efficient project design, construction and compliance.
  • Proficient in Building codes and Standards and ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze design and construction data to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.
  • Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise as required
  • Generate detailed construction drawings and shop drawings.

What we're looking for

  • Licensed Architect
  • Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training certification), preferably with at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management
  • experience in BIM modelling and Coordination work.
  • Proficient in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in performing the necessary quality control tests on the BIM models.
  • International work experience is a plus
  • Applicant is required to submit his/her Design Portfolio. Application without Portfolio will be ignored.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
