Task and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support daily motorpool and fleet operations.
  • Assist in assigning work tasks and monitoring performance of fleet personnel.
  • Monitor vehicle availability, usage logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip records using digital tools.
  • Schedule routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Support dispatching of vehicles and assignment of drivers based on operational requirements.
  • Track and maintain records of vehicle registration, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare reports and analyze fleet data using MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards) to identify trends and improve efficience.
