Task and Responsibilities:

Oversee and support daily motorpool and fleet operations.
Assist in assigning work tasks and monitoring performance of fleet personnel.
Monitor vehicle availability, usage logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip records using digital tools.
Schedule routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections to minimize vehicle downtime.
Support dispatching of vehicles and assignment of drivers based on operational requirements.
Track and maintain records of vehicle registration, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare reports and analyze fleet data using MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards) to identify trends and improve efficience.
