About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Officer in Charge to join our retail team at Urbanized Boutique in our SM Mall of Asia store located in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As the Store Officer in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the business. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked, organised, and maintained to the highest standards
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the department store or consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain operations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
