About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Consumer Lending Team. You will play a key role in evaluating credit risk and supporting the design, monitoring, and optimization of our lending products. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and wants to help build responsible credit products that enable financial inclusion. Build and maintain financial and NPV models that influence lending portfolio decisions

Key Responsibilities

Quantitative & Strategic Ownership

  • Build and maintain NPV, ROI, and sensitivity models, providing business case support to guide development roadmap planning.
  • Analyze adoption, retention, churn, and credit loss data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare structured reports and presentations that link operational outcomes to financial performance.

Product Roadmap & Market Fit

  • Contribute to product roadmap planning by consolidating data, evaluating business cases, and tracking delivery progress.
  • Support monitoring adoption, profitability, and customer outcomes against defined KPIs.
  • Identify product–market fit gaps and recommend evidence-based enhancements.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and assess financial and operational impacts.

Credit Risk & Customer Alignment

  • Collaborate with Credit Risk teams to analyze policy impacts on customer behavior.
  • Provide consolidated reporting across Strategy, Credit, and Data functions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across Strategy, Operations, and Risk to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Operations & Compliance

  • Monitor operational KPIs including approval rates, turnaround times, and collections.
  • Support BSP compliance and reporting requirements through accurate data analysis.

Must haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Applied Mathematics, Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in business analysis, product management, or financial services.
  • Proficient in Excel-based financial modeling; SQL/Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, able to create structured reports and deliver insights to stakeholders.
  • Proactive, structured, and outcome-driven with a high tolerance for fast-paced environments.
