· Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.

· Maintain accurate production records and reports, including output, downtime, and quality checks.

· Set up machines for production runs, including installing tooling, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.

· Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.

· Conduct regular inspections and lubrication of machine components to ensure smooth operation.

· Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs, such as replacing worn parts or adjusting settings.

· Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to resolve complex equipment issues and improve machine performance.

· Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
