DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collecting packages and parcels from the head office or branch and delivering these to specific addresses stipulated in the dispatch officer's delivery instructions.
  • Preventing damage or loss of packages during transit.
  • Deal with confidential and valuable documents or packages that need to be delivered safely and sometimes urgently.
  • Records information such as items received and delivered and recipients' responses to messages.
  • Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes.
  • Conducting address verification before delivery.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering parcels/goods.
  • Obtaining signed receipts and confirmation of each delivery.
  • Taking responsibility for high value or confidential items.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 1-2 years previous work experience as motorized messenger.
  • With Professional Driver's License 1,2
  • Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy
  • Must have customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Willing to be assigned in SUCAT MUNTINLUPA
