  • As warehouseman its your basic job and responsibility to handle all warehouse operations and activities like receiving, inputting, sorting, releasing, loading, and unloading of supplies, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Adherence to the following is expected:
  • Preparation of DRR (Daily Receiving Report). All materials, supplies, tools, and equipment delivered to the project site should be issued corresponding DRR, there should be no instance that materials, supplies, tools, and equipment were directly issued to subcon / workers / staff without first accomplishing the DRR.
  • Check and count all the materials and the like delivered and received (Quantity and Size should be properly documented).
  • Proper inspection must be done to all materials, supplies, tools, and equipment for defects and damages / shortage and overage.
  • Strictly implement the FI/FO warehouse system.
  • Proper Sorting, stowing, and securing of warehouse materials should be strictly followed. Any damaged (without proper documentation) and missing items found inside the warehouse will be for the account of the warehouseman.
  • Conducts weekly inventory and submit it every Wednesday.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Updating the warehouse inventory.
  • Assisting delivery and receiving by loading and unloading materials.
  • Follow and abide all quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and hygiene regulations.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Preparation and Submission of the following reports:
  • DRR (Daily Receiving Report)
  • Weekly Inventory / Monthly Inventory / Yearly Closing Inventory
  • Damage / Missing Item Report
  • Incident Reports
  • Logbook for issuance of supplies and materials.
  • Logbook for borrowing/usage of tools and equipment

  • Requirements and skills
  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications (such as Excel and Outlook).
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products/supplies/materials
  • With minimum Senior Highschool diploma
