Area Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets in the real estate industry.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales leadership (real estate experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Has already at least six (6) sellers in the team.
- Residing in San Pascual Batangas
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of property specialists and senior property specialists.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sellers to expand the sales force.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching for team improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales promotions and events.
