We are looking for a QA Engineer/ETL Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through structured testing, collaboration with development teams, and continuous process improvement. You will participate in sprint activities, execute test plans, and help maintain platform integrity according to evolving client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute test plans, use cases, and scripts to identify and report defects
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
  • Review requirements, design documents, and user stories to derive test cases
  • Participate in sprint planning and support Agile practices like Extreme Programming
  • Guide junior engineers and contribute to infrastructure and platform evolution
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards and process effectiveness
  • Write and maintain user documentation to support user acceptance

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in ETL testing, SQL, and data warehousing
  • Experience with test automation and quality assurance best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Python experience is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
