About the role

Axos Business Center Corp. is seeking a talented Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge software applications.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and resolve software defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design specifications
  • Automate testing processes and implement continuous integration and delivery workflows
  • Analyse test results, document findings, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and technologies
  • Mentor and train junior QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing frameworks
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools, including Selenium, Appium, and JMeter
  • Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices
