The Leads Generation Specialist will help the sales and marketing team collect and evaluate potential sales opportunities.

Responsibility:

  • Implement and manage all lead generation activities daily
  • Reach out to prospects to qualify leads using a specified scoring system
  • Generate qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system
  • Ensure new business goals are met monthly
  • Track all results and create a clear reporting system for Leads Generation
  • Manage the organization of the CRM. Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries
  • Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position
  • Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the rest of the Sales and Marketing team to help refine marketing communications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Marketing, Business Administration or any related degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in leads generation and cold calling
  • Good verbal communication skills (over the phone and face-to-face)
  • Good written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable with working with CRM software
  • Good organization skills
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Must have experience in selling IT services and products
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Open to 3 months fixed term (Reliever role)

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
