In this role you are responsible in
Evaluate Repair Order status.
Communicate with the suppliers from the United States (US) and Canada to check and follow-up on repairs that are in various incomplete status.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A high-level description of services to be provided is as follows (the "Services"):
Evaluate Repair Order status.
Communicate with the suppliers from the United States (US) and Canada to check and follow-up on repairs that are in various incomplete status.
Assist the suppliers on completing the Repair Orders be released for payment.
Assess to Complete, Cancel or Void the Repair Orders and or Invoices
Liaison with other department to help resolve the supplier's issue/s and update the Auto Integrate (AI) System
Communicate with the suppliers from the United States (US) and Canada in order to update their Payment Terms and or Enrollment Validation & Documentation:
Data entry for recall notices for documentation and mailed out within 10 business days for US customers 60 days Canadian customer recalls.
Communicate with the suppliers from the United States (US) and Canada to verify and document completion of work.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
HS Graduate required.
Must be flexible to work any schedule.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume service center.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to type 30 wpm minimum with 85% accuracy.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills - using proper grammar with smooth flow.
