Fuel Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:Supervise and guide a team of engineers and technicians, providing direction and support.
• Maintenance Management:Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring the optimal performance and lifespan of depot assets.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and other technical problems.
• Coordination and Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure smooth depot operations and seamless integration of engineering activities.
• Safety Compliance:Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements within the depot.
• Performance Monitoring:Track and report on key performance indicators related to engineering and maintenance functions.
• Process Improvement:Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and procedures within the depot.

Qualifications:

• Education:Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical) or a related field.
• Experience:Significant experience in engineering maintenance, preferably in a depot or similar environment.
• Supervisory Experience:Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technical professionals.
• Technical Skills:Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to depot equipment and systems.
• Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and teamwork.
• Compliance:Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures relevant to the depot environment.
