Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a HR Associate.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
- Analyzes business directions of the plant and identify specific human resource competencies required to deliver business results in a given time frame.
- Conduct focused Training Needs Analysis (TNA), using available TNA modes and techniques to identify the so called "gap" i.e. the training needs requirements to bridge what is required and what is on hand.
- Using various mode of analyzing performance, measures an existing competency of employees to find out the amount of training requirement to bridge the "gap."
- Prioritizes training needs, using various modes (pareto chart, survey results, customer feedback, performance appraisals, immediate superior clam or, etc.) to schedule training activities.
- Identifies appropriate learning techniques, source reference materials, design group dynamics activities, etc. that is deemed appropriate for the subject to be learned and the type of participants to be included in the training program.
- Gathers all training principles, ideas, materials and paraphernalia in one comprehensive matrix (called process sheet – or in the case of URC/HRD flight plan) to help guide facilitator during actual delivery of training program and ensure training maximum efficiency.
- Coordinates with third party training vendors, information of participants, arranges for venues, transport of audio/visual equipment, meals of participants, certificates, etc. for a smooth flow of learning activities.
- Makes initiatives to formulate or design the measures of specific performance target in order to provide basis for training intervention.
- Conduct 3rd level evaluation after each training program by measuring specific performance indicators several months after the training intervention was made and compare results before & after the program.
- Gathers performance appraisal feedback of employees made by their respective immediate superior to formulate common training activities necessary to improve performance.
- Confer with immediate superior performance related problems of their subordinates, gather additional facts, analyzes them and make suggestions on how to improve performance.
- Updates oneself with new concepts and latest trend and techniques in the field of training and development, by attending appropriate conferences, seminars, symposiums, etc.
- Responsible for compliance to established standards of various systems such as ISO, HACCP and FSMS in the area of Training and Development
What are the Qualifications?
· Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management and or other related course.
· With at least 5 years working experience.
· With aptitude in implementing relevant management systems in the food industry including, but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL and FSSC;
· With deep proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams, at minimum), and SAP.
· Result-oriented, independent, responsible, and a strong team player
· Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
