About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position—perfect for individuals eager to start or build their career in sales. The role offers a basic minimum salary plus commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to present our products/services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in sales is an advantage but not required
