About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Hyking Marine Corp. in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by building strong relationships with clients and generating new sales opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify, engage and convert new leads
  2. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and actively addressing client needs and concerns
  4. Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
  5. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction
  7. Continuously learning and developing your sales skills to stay ahead of the curve

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the sales industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  3. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  5. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not essential
