  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • 3 – 5 years' experience as HR Generalist.

  • Strong knowledge in HR Functions and best practices is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sites.

Job Description:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing of applicants, phone screening/interview, initial interviews, assisting in final interview) ;
  • Writing Job Description and posting in all relevant media platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers (both internal and client) to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Responsible for initiating the 201-file preparation in a timely and complete manner.
  • Plans employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Ensure that compensation practices are up-to-date and in compliance with current Labor Law.
  • Ensures accurate monitoring of time and attendance and completeness of payroll reports.
  • Responds to all employee queries relating to compensation and benefits.
  • Administers various employee benefit programs.
  • Responsible in a timely and accurate submission of government reportorial requirements.
  • Responsible for the membership registration of new employees with SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth, accomplishes the required form such as R1A, M1A, BIR 2305, etc.
  • Reviews employee application for statutory benefits such as loan application with SSS/Pag-ibig hospitalization and medical benefits with Philhealth and Medical Insurance.
  • Responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including enrollment/ deletion of HMO Accounts.

Performance Management and Training Development:

  • Manage the performance management procedures (probationary and annual performance review/management).
  • Executes employee movement, promotion, PPE and salary reviews and discussion
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Coordinates with the Technical Team with regards of technical trainings/ seminars
  • Developing performance appraisal processes
  • Developing rewards and renumeration strategy
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR Manager to develop sound HR solutions and policies.
  • Provides guidance on structures/restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement & Events:

  • Deliver consistent approach to all internal communications
  • Develop channels of communication relevant to the needs of the workforce
  • Making sure that employees have a voice that is visibly listened to
  • Support for the HR activities in the team
  • Responsible for all company events within approved budget (company outing, team building, company anniversary, etc.)
  • Support organizational change by creating effective internal communication strategies and ensuring best practices is managed.
