What You'll Be Doing

• Territory Management: Independently manage and grow a book of business within your designated local area (Dagupan).
• Client Relationship Management: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Field Engagement: Conduct daily field visits, sales presentations, and client consultations with local businesses (or consumers).
• Autonomy: Manage your weekly schedule and field visits independently

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Required: Proven residency and established knowledge of your target area (Dagupan). Preferably knows the dialect of the region.
• Local Language Requirement: Fluency in the local dialect is mandatory for effective community engagement and client communication.
• Experience: 3+ years of successful field sales experience.
• Sales Background: Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience is required.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for engaging with top corporate and government leadership.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and ethical, committed to fostering long-term strategic client partnerships.
