Job Description

As a Quality Engineer you are responsible for creating test plans for new features and releases, testing features as soon as developers have them ready, verifying bug fixes and performing regression testing on releases. You will write the test automation framework for mobile testing to ensure we have good automation coverage and you optionally participate in writing automated tests.

You work closely with the developers for the mobile app development scrum team, doing your test planning concurrently with new features being developed in true agile fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new feature testing and bug fix verification for mobile and/or web applications
  • Write clear and detailed bug reports, participate in bug discussions and follow them to resolutions
  • Write clear test cases, test plans and documentation
  • Work in an Agile rapid development where effective communication is paramount
Qualifications
  • MSc in CS, EE or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years of experience in software testing
  • Experience in front-end web application and mobile application testing
  • Clear communication (both verbal and written English) is a must

Nice to have

  • Programming skills in Java, C# or other OO language
  • Experience in Selenium or Appium test automation
  • Experience in CRM, and the SalesForce 1 platform
  • Experience in testing mobile applications, preferably on both iOS and Android
