Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Practice safe driving habits at all times.
  • Follow all local and national safety regulations and standards.
  • Accurately follow designated routes, maps, and GPS directions.
  • Assist passengers by opening vehicle doors and handling baggage.
  • Load and unload passengers' bags and equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle's interior and exterior.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, refueling, and checking the engine for safety.
  • Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors regularly.
  • Safely load and unload cargo as required.
  • Collect payments when necessary, document the amount, and issue receipts.
  • Complete required documentation, including logs, mileage reports, and passenger records.
  • Follow time-sensitive schedules and reroute if necessary due to traffic or congestion.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Demonstrate safe driving practices and knowledge of traffic regulations.
  • Ability to follow verbal directions, read maps, and use GPS systems.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and routines.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to assist passengers and handle baggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on safety and customer service.
  • Positive attitude with a professional demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must pass a medical examination to ensure physical fitness for driving duties.
  • Physically able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting, stretching, bending, and reaching.
  • Must be willing to stay in the company-provided staff house (mandatory).
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
