Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and market research is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Testing

  • Conduct end-to-end testing for our lending applications across various devices and operating systems.
  • Identify and document any bugs, glitches, or user experience issues encountered during testing.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the overall usability and functionality of the applications.

UI/UX Evaluation

  • Evaluate the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design of our applications.
  • Identify areas where the UI/UX can be enhanced to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the design team to implement suggested improvements and enhancements.

Competitive Research

  • Conduct regular research on competitors operating in the online lending industry.
  • Analyze competitors' products, features, and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.

Documentation

  • Maintain detailed documentation of product testing procedures, findings, and resolutions.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing the results of product testing and competitive research activities.
