We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Digital Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data transformation and assurance processes, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout engagements. You will work on complex accounting and audit-related projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results using advanced analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data transformation and assurance initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all processes.
  • Analyze complex business and audit challenges, providing effective and practical solutions.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members in their professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships.
  • Manage the complexities of accounting and audit engagements.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools such as ACL and other audit-related technologies.
  • Continuously develop technical skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java and ACL.
  • Experience in conducting tests using Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs).
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management and build client rapport.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, from strategy to execution.
