About the role

Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a talented MIS Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. As an MIS Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the company's management information systems. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation while developing your expertise in the call centre and customer service industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions
  2. Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate information
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  4. Implementing and optimizing data management processes to ensure data integrity and reliability
  5. Researching and recommending new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's information systems

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar MIS Analyst or Business Analyst role, preferably in the call center or customer service industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
