We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The MMB Multinational Leader will oversee a small to large-sized team, ensuring effective performance management and client service delivery while maximizing profitability and fostering strong client relationships.

We will count on you to:

  • Conduct, mentor, and oversee performance management for a small to large -sized group, coordinating workload and ensuring appropriate staffing to meet client needs.
  • Monitor the preparation, management, implementation, and achievement of business plans and goals.
  • Maximize team and account profitability through efficient work practices, adequate client billing, and sensible expense control.
  • Cultivate effective long-term relationships with key client decision-makers and monitor changes within client organizations to protect the Company's relationship with clients.
  • Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring renewal performance meets set targets.
  • Recognize and capitalize on revenue generation and growth opportunities by developing additional business from existing portfolios and other sources in line with budget targets.

  • Strong understanding of risk management and insurance needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze business plans and implement effective strategies for profitability.
