Drive partner growth, boost store performance, and strengthen relationships across your assigned territory through active field engagement, training, and sales execution.

About the Role

This role is responsible for growing the origination and integration of new partners while nurturing strong, productive relationships with existing retailers. Through regular store visits and kiosk-based sales support, you'll provide training, implement incentive and marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with sales and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hit monthly sales and store activation targets by increasing merchant productivity and overall market share.

  • Ensure continuity of sales activity month over month across all assigned merchants.

  • Maintain strong merchant relationships, providing solutions and support for smooth customer conversions using the platform.

  • Conduct store visits to train sales teams, deliver marketing materials, and roll out incentive campaigns.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on market insight and competitor analysis.

  • Identify, evaluate, and activate new business partners in your assigned territory.

  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database, logging all interactions and sales activity.

  • Prepare sales performance reports and insights for management review.

Requirements

  • Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, software sales, mobile devices, field sales, or telecommunications.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for training and relationship-building.

  • Results-driven mindset with strong proactivity, organization, perseverance, and resilience.

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage store sales performance.

  • Willingness to travel regularly for store visits; personal transportation required (car or motorcycle).
