Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential guidance and counseling to employees on academic, career, personal, and social concerns.
  • Facilitate group guidance sessions, psychoeducation programs, and wellness workshops.
  • Maintain accurate counseling records, case notes, and follow-ups in line with professional standards.
  • Conduct proactive engagement and outreach to encourage use of counseling and wellness services.
  • Collaborate with HR, wellness officers, and managers to support employee development and well-being.
  • Provide timely response to employees with urgent support needs.

Qualifications

  • Valid license: Registered Psychometrician (RPm), Guidance Counselor (RGC), Social Worker (RSW) or Psychologist (RPsy)
  • Master's degree: MA in Guidance & Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in counseling, academic guidance, or workplace wellness
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC on a night shift schedule
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, approachable presence
