Job Description:

As a Sales Field Agent (Account Executive), your primary role will be to develop and manage client relationships, drive sales, and promote our lighting solutions to businesses, contractors, architects, and other potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, including lighting distributors, contractors, and architects.

· Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions.

· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

· Prospect and acquire new clients in the lighting industry.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting technologies, trends, and products.

· Provide clients with in-depth information about our lighting solutions.

· Collaborate with the product development team to offer customized solutions if necessary.

· Assist clients in project planning and product selection.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of lighting solutions.

· Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

· Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and threats.

· Provide feedback to the company on product improvements and market demands.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales or account management within the lighting industry is preferred

· Strong understanding of lighting technologies and products.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Goal-driven with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

· Knowledge of lighting design principles and regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
