Job Responsibilities:

  1. Primarily responsible for the operation of the Viber platform, including but not limited to observing user preference trends, creating Viber Channel content, scheduling and publishing, interacting with users through messages, designing community activities for corresponding nodes, etc., and being accountable for the number of channel followers, exposure, and interactions.
  2. Monitor community public sentiment through the daily operation of the channel, collect users' opinions on products, assist the product team in resolving issues, and actively respond to users' demands.

Job Requirements:

  1. 1 year previous experience in similar community/social media operation work. Have a strong sense of the internet and the ability to output text, and be able to quickly respond to content in line with local hot topics. Be able to continuously optimize content creativity and execution based on user feedback and data conclusions.
  2. Have good communication skills both internally and externally, follow up on the implementation of content, control the production cycle, and ensure the quality of implementation and delivery time.
  3. Have a high-level understanding of the rules and content tone of the Viber platform. Experience in the internet industry is preferred.
