Job Summary

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for redesigning and modernizing the user interface of an internally built WebIQ application used for field operations and client reporting. The role focuses on creating clean, intuitive, web-native interfaces and collaborating closely with the internal development team to ensure seamless integration into the existing WebIQ framework. The ideal candidate brings strong design foundations, proficiency in web layout tools, and the ability to translate complex sensor data into user-friendly visual experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Redesign and update the UI of a WebIQ-based operational application to improve usability and end-user efficiency.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for new screens and workflows.
• Develop intuitive layouts for real-time data visualization, reporting, and system navigation.
• Collaborate with internal developers to align the design with the WebIQ platform's capabilities and implementation requirements.
• Ensure consistent visual styles, branding alignment, and UX patterns across the application.
• Prepare final design assets and handoff documentation for engineering.
• Provide feedback on UI behaviors, interactions, and improvements during implementation.
• Iterate based on user feedback and evolving product requirements.
• Adhere to project confidentiality requirements, including signing an NDA.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web-based applications.
• Proficiency with WebIQ (strongly preferred) or the ability to learn the platform quickly.
• Strong design tools experience using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for layout and visual asset creation.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to support web-native interface design and effective developer handoff.
• Ability to translate product requirements into user-centered workflows.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills in a cross-functional environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently on iterative design cycles.
• Ability to work U.S. hours, with flexibility once independently working in the role dependent on client preferences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for industrial, field-operations, or real-time monitoring applications.
• Familiarity with responsive layouts and web-first design systems.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers for front-end implementation.

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
