● Implement creative themes and seasonal setups to enhance the shopping experience.

● Use lighting, color schemes, and props to make displays stand out.

● Monitor and refresh displays periodically based on sales performance.

● Design digital marketing materials, including banners, posters, and social media graphics.

● Collaborate with marketing teams to align in-store promotions with online campaigns.

● Ensure branding consistency across all digital and physical materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● College graduate with major in graphic arts, commercial arts, architecture or closely related art field

● With proficient knowledge and at least 2 (two) years experience in visual merchandising and graphic preparation of art designs

● With knowledge and skills in all software of graphic design principles, video and photography, color separation, printing procedures

● With effective and proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals

● Demonstrate personal attributes to confidentiality, standard of conduct, respect, flexibility, sensitivity and other related work ethic
