About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, and support both hardware and software needs across the company. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems to minimize downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Ensure data security through regular updates, patches, and backups.
  • Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Support employees onsite and remotely, including setup of new equipment.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and common enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud systems, email administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM, VoIP systems, or call center infrastructure (a plus).
