We're Hiring: Mobile App Developer (Rockwell, Makati City)

We're seeking a Mobile App Developer to build, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications for our enterprise systems. If you're passionate about developing intuitive, high-performance apps and have a solid foundation in both cross-platform and native mobile development, we'd love to meet you.

  • Office-based: Rockwell, Makati City

Role Overview

You'll be part of a growing engineering team responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that connect to our backend systems. You'll collaborate closely with backend and UI/UX developers to ensure smooth integration, excellent performance, and native-level responsiveness across Android and iOS devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS)
  • Implement smooth UI transitions, animations, and responsive layouts
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and handle background services and offline data synchronization
  • Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage
  • Handle app releases, versioning, and publishing to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
  • Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to ensure feature completeness and design consistency
  • Debug and resolve issues related to API integration, device compatibility, or native behavior
  • Ensure compliance with mobile security and data protection standards
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in mobile app development
  • Strong proficiency in React Native or Ionic React/ Capacitor
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)and TypeScript

  • Hands-on experience with lower-level native development for both platforms:

  • Android: Java or Kotlin

  • iOS: Swift or Objective-C
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling authentication flows
  • Familiarity with offline storage, push notifications, and background tasks
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
  • Experience in Play Store and App Store deployment workflows
  • Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
Bonus Points
  • Experience bridging native modules in React Native or Ionic
  • Understanding of mobile app security, certificate management, and provisioning profiles
  • Experience developing enterprise-grade or internal business applications
