The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media content and campaigns that align with the company's brand voice and strategic goals in the online gaming space. The role supports community building, player engagement, and brand visibility across key platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote games, events, and community engagement.

  • Create, schedule, and publish daily content across all social platforms.

  • Monitor and respond to player comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the player support team to produce creative assets and compelling campaigns.

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and suggest optimizations.

  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, platform updates, and gaming community conversations.

  • Support influencer/partnership initiatives and cross-channel campaigns.

  • Help moderate live chats during events or content drops, ensuring a positive player environment.

  • Maintain and update the social media content calendar.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php33,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
