Product Officer

Overview:

The Product Officer is responsible for managing, developing, and promoting the company's security solutions portfolio. This role ensures that products and services are well-positioned in the market, aligned with customer needs, and competitive within the industry. The Product Officer collaborates with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive product growth and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of security solution products (hardware, software, and integrated systems).
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in product planning, pricing strategies, and positioning.
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to the sales team for client presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product updates, training, and certifications.
  • Develop product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to promote security solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, sales results, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for all solutions offered.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in product management, product support, or sales in industry.
  • Knowledge of security solutions (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, cybersecurity tools, etc.) is an advantage, but not required
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php33,000.00 per month
