Reservist Affairs Associate

Job Summary:

The Reservist Affairs Admin Associate provides administrative support to the Reservist Affairs Office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves coordinating with reservists, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the implementation of programs and activities to enhance reservist engagement and compliance with organizational policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and events for reservists.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and files related to reservist activities and compliance.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required by the Reservist Affairs Office.
• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from reservists, providing information and assistance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of reservist programs and recognition events.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulations concerning reservist activities.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the goals of the Reservist Affairs Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
