Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Executing Brand Strategies:

Crafting and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's brand vision and overall business goals.

Managing Marketing Campaigns:

Overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:

Partnering with product development, sales, and other teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Analyzing and Reporting on Brand Performance:

Monitoring key metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and sales to assess the success of marketing initiatives.

Staying Current with Industry Trends:

Keeping up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive.

Building Brand Awareness and Loyalty:

Creating strategies to increase brand visibility, engage customers, and enhance loyalty.

Maintaining Brand Consistency:

Ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and tone of voice across all communication channels.

Conducting Market Research:

Analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to refine brand strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Branding, market research, digital marketing (SEO, social media, email)

Creativity, communication, strategic thinking, analytics

Has a Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, CRM)

Skilled at analyzing data to identify trends and developing innovative marketing solutions.

Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate ideas effectively, both in writing and verbally.

Capable of creating and executing long-term brand strategies.

Able to guide and motivate teams toward achieving brand objectives.

Proficient in handling multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines.

A thorough understanding of the marketing mix, including digital, traditional, and brand-building techniques
