Front-End Magento Developer - Onsite/Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Magento Developer with 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 front-end development, PWA Studio, Venia theme customization, and third-party plugin integration. You will play a key role in building responsive, high-performing e-commerce storefronts and optimizing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Magento 2 themes and PWA storefronts using Venia.
  • Implement responsive, mobile-first, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Build custom Magento UI components and React components for PWA.
  • Integrate and configure third-party plugins and extensions.
  • Optimize front-end performance and page speed.
  • Troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-device issues.
  • Convert design mockups into functional UI.
  • Ensure SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and UX best practices.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, QA, and project managers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years as a Front-End Developer specializing in Magento 2.
  • Strong experience with Magento PWA Studio and Venia theme customization.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), , and CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS).
  • Knowledge of Magento UI components, , and GraphQL.
  • Experience with payment gateways (Adyen, Stripe, PayPal) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Familiarity with Git, Webpack, npm/Yarn, and Composer.
  • Performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, Core Web Vitals).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Headless Magento implementations (Must Have).
  • Magento Commerce/Adobe Commerce Cloud experience (Must Have).
  • CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows (Must Have).
  • Magento Certification (Front-End Developer) – Nice to Have.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php150,000.00 per month
