Job Responsibilities:

  • Enable and assist drivers in onboarding, making sure that the drivers have a smooth onboarding experience;
  • Engage and collaborate with every function within the operation team and others, to ensure information flow with new drivers is being processed efficiently
  • Track and monitor new drivers' onboarding process and relevant activities.
  • Willing to do field work

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;
  • Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage.
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Sociable, responsible, and organized.
  • Can start ASAP
