They are now seeking passionate Business Analysts to join their Data Governance/Lineage team, playing a critical role in building transparency, consistency, and trust across global data processes.


Role Overview

As a Business Analyst in the Data Governance/Lineage team, you will be responsible for shaping how data flows across the organization and ensuring that it is reliable, accurate, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements. You will work with both data consumers and technical experts to define, model, and deliver high-quality data that supports regulatory compliance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

This role follows a hybrid setup with midshift hours, giving you flexibility while driving results in a collaborative, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Change & Run data management initiatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Document and manage detailed business data requirements.
  • Configure business rules, build reports, and interpret regulatory requirements.
  • Support Data Modelers in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Deliver and maintain Global Business Terms and standardized data definitions.
  • Create and validate source-to-target data mappings, leveraging SQL for reconciliation.
  • Perform data validation, acceptance testing, and functional testing.
  • Provide ongoing support for data onboarding, reconciliation, UAT, and operational requests.
  • Communicate project progress, dependencies, and blockers effectively to stakeholders.
  • Enhance and maintain principles, standards, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support solution development and configuration.

What You Bring
  • Proven background in data analysis, data modeling, and data quality management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and handling large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and financial processes.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and delivery-focused approach.
