  • QUALIFICATIONS:

=Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, must be CPA.

=Preferably with at least 2 years experience in Audit or Treasury.

=Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including cash flow Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants.

=Intermediate to advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel and other LMS and Accounting system Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties Excellent time management and organizational ability Appropriate handling of sensitive information High level attention to detail.

  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

=Looking for other sources of funds.

= Preparation of daily and monthly funding projection .

=Daily update of cash flow .

= Daily collection report .

= Submission of all documents needed by creditors .

=Answering of all queries by creditors .

= Monitoring of ADF and individual placements .

= Preparation of acknowledgement receipt (AR), promissory note (PN) and check request for ADF and individual placements.

=Preparation of monthly loans payable schedule.

= Looking for bank products suitable for our operation.

= Documentation of new credit lines and / or updating of documents Opening, updating and closing of bank accounts.

= Bank confirmation for issued checks.

= Registration of new users and / or modification of access of existing users of all online banking accounts.

= Authorizer to BOB, ROC and PNB Cash Net .

= Assisting branch, other department and bank concerns.
